Instructions

The online proposal form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We have designed our form so that you have the ability to copy and paste from other programs with minimal formatting issues. You will need the following information to complete your online proposal:
  • Session title
  • Session description
  • Intended audience
  • Short bio for lead presenter
  • Photo of the lead presenter
This information will be used on the Education Innovation Summit 2017 website, iNAV - the conference app, and the printed program.

Proposal Selection

We will notify the lead presenter regarding acceptance by July 31, 2017. We will include any information on next steps if the proposal is accepted.

Presenter Registration

If your proposal is accepted the lead presenter will receive a code for discounted registrations for up to 4 people. Registration is required for acceptance.

Session Learning Materials

Prior to the Summit, you will be given instructions on how to upload any presentation materials for your session to our mobile app - iNAV. Presenters are responsible for uploading and preparing all materials for their session.

Venue

The Education Innovation Summit 2017 will be held at the Little Rock Marriott, near the statehouse convention center. We have secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate if you reserve online here: Book your group rate for Education Innovation Summit
