Lindsay Fell

Art Educator

Parkway Elementary, Bryant Public Schools

Lindsay Fell teaches elementary art in Bryant, Arkansas, and is committed to unlocking the potential of her students by providing opportunities to create with meaning and purpose while merging the worlds of traditional and digital art. Lindsay is an advocate for creativity in classrooms and a change agent for transformative technology use in education. She believes all students should have opportunities to create infused into their core curriculum. She believes meaningful moments of artistic expression can build a bridge of understanding and acceptance for diversity and identity.

Lindsay spent thirteen years teaching in the elementary classroom. She used an art integrated approach to instruction to empower her students to become better problem solvers, communicators, and collaborators. Students stretched their imaginations and made connections they might not have made otherwise. They told richer stories and found their own unique voices. Lindsay found art to be crucial in creating well-rounded, well-prepared learners and leaders.

In the fall of 2018, Lindsay started down a new path in her journey to empower all students as creators and innovators by becoming the art teacher at Parkway Elementary School in the Bryant School District. There, she integrates technology as part of her visual arts education and has the opportunity to touch an entire school with meaningful moments of artistic expression .

Lindsay is recognized as a pioneer in education using technology to transform teaching and learning as an Apple Distinguished Educator. She publishes her innovative teaching strategies through her website at
