Is Your Classroom Designed for Learning? How to Tell and Why It Matters

Day: 09/23/2019 | Time: 04:15 PM - 05:15 PM | Room: Meeting Room 102

Unless we redesign the intersection of learning and teaching, we will never achieve the outcomes and the level of excellence our communities, economy, and society expect and need from our schools. The good news is that there are educators across the country who are making this shift to a learner-centered ecosystem. This session will cover what it means to be a learner-centered classroom and the research that supports it. Participants will leave the session with useful ideas and practical strategies they can use to begin or continue this urgent and important journey.
